House music in its many forms is what ishti plays, from easy deep house and disco for an afternoon beer garden to heavier beats once the dance floor fills up. The collection is big, so the set can shift as the crowd does. ishti is a DJ, musician and producer who was born in Melbourne and has since moved to Burleigh on the Gold Coast. The gigs so far take in bars, pubs, clubs, house parties and private events, plus time on local Melbourne radio station Street FM.
