Interism

Interism are a loud three-piece from Upper Caboolture in Queensland, playing their own grunge and surf rock with howling guitar and hard-hitting bass and drums. They've spent ten years on the South East Queensland scene, selling out shows and supporting plenty of other bands along the way. The songs are their own: an EP called 3 Piece Feed, a debut album named Avondale St, and singles including Mascara, We Were Here, Honestly, I Sat Down and Oh Sweet Time. They play it raw and at volume. That makes them a band for a pub gig, a rock night or a festival stage, not background music for dinner.
