iampoppy Designs

Your ceremony, painted as it happens. iampoppy Designs is a live wedding painter from the Gold Coast, working as part of the Live Artist Collective, a team of live painters. It starts with a conversation about what you'd like captured, so the piece feels personal. On the day the artist arrives about an hour before the ceremony to set up, paints the ceremony as it unfolds, then keeps working through canapés, where guests can watch and chat, and on into the reception. By the end of the night the painting is usually about 80% done. Final touches happen in the studio, and framing and delivery are taken care of. There's also a guest portrait option: fast sketches that guests carry home afterwards. Easel, table and lighting come along; you provide power, two chairs for portraits and a vendor meal. Travels nationwide.
