Short, slow and hypnotic: each Hypnotica set runs between five and ten minutes, performed a few times over several hours, so guests who miss the first one catch the next. Pole dance is the main skill, joined by silk fans, fire, Lyra and flowing movement pieces. The feel is dreamy rather than loud, which makes it a striking visual break at a themed party, a launch or a company night, the kind of thing guests stop talking to watch. Setting up and packing down the pole takes about 15 minutes, and it works indoors or out, weather and ceiling height permitting.
