Hugo Brown

Hugo Brown plays underground house, and he's been releasing his own music since 2014. Originally from Tasmania, he now works out of Melbourne. His album Full Circle goes back to where his music started, mixing house with jazz, soul and hip-hop, and he brought in jazz players Lachlan Daff and Wilsen Conn to help make it. That blend is the thing to know if you're booking him. Expect a set with more warmth and groove than straight club house, which suits a late bar or a party where the music matters to people.
