Harriet and Her Hags

Harriet B fronts the Hags, and together they play alternative rock with a nostalgic streak, pearls and a pensive attitude included. Her lyrics are dreamy and a little wistful, and they sit over a heavier sound from the band, which gives the music a push and pull that's easy to get lost in. Harriet grew up on Darug land, where the bush left a deep mark on her songs. The mood is thoughtful without being gloomy.
