H Block is a musical duo based in Adelaide, SA.
Spider-Man next to Born to Be Alive, then Low Rider and Fever: H Block like a quirky choice, and they'll play songs people wanted to hear but never thought to request. The Adelaide duo is Roger on vocals and guitar and Mark on drums and percussion. Roger spent years playing clubs, pubs and markets full-time on the east coast, and Mark has more than 40 years of playing around Adelaide's pubs and clubs. Their sound leans toward punk-a-billy and swamp rock, pulling from Johnny Cash, The Police, the Black Keys, UB40 and Bowie. They supply the PA, the lights and dance music for the breaks; you supply power and shelter. They cover 50 km from the southern suburbs.
