Grateful Dead Tribute

Long jams, loose improvisation and a crowd that dances without being asked. That's the spirit this Grateful Dead Tribute chases. The musicians don't try to copy old concert recordings note for note. They play the Dead's songs the way the Dead did, stretching them out and letting each night go somewhere new, and they slip in tunes by kindred artists along the way. It's a friendly, community feel, with plenty of back and forth between the band and the people in front of them. Think of a festival field, a themed night or a room full of Deadheads. The collective draws on musicians from overseas as well as here, and bookings are handled out of Brisbane.
