Six players give Good Sugar a big, full sound, and the song list is chosen so nobody in the room feels left out. Expect classic rock and pop beside funk, soul, R&B, blues, alternative and a little cool jazz, with hits originally sung by men and women alike. Now and then they put their own twist on a track. It's dance music first, so plan for a floor that fills with guests of every generation. The Melbourne band can bring its own sound system, though they prefer the venue to supply a PA and a sound engineer on the night. They travel anywhere in Victoria.
