Go Seek is a children's band based in Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Go Seek run live musical shows for young children, written around original songs such as Super Strong Bones, Bodygroove, Barnyard Twist and Protectors of the Planet. The kids sing, move and join in, and the shows carry a light educational thread about being active and using your imagination. Themes include Christmas, Easter, Halloween, pirates and fairies, and sustainability. Beyond the show there's face painting, balloon twisting, glitter tattoos, roving characters, kids' discos and bingo, plus snow globe, plaster painting and craft workshops. In the 29th National Australian Songwriting contest, one of their tracks took first place for Best Children's Song. They supply the equipment and need a 4 by 4 metre space with power. Based on the Sunshine Coast, with teams in Brisbane and Sydney, they're insured and every performer holds a Working With Children Check or Blue Card.
