Giant Scotsman

Kilted and towering over the crowd, the Giant Scotsman is one of Melbourne's giant stilt characters. The performers are professional actors and comedians, so the height is only half the act. They chat and joke with guests and throw in a bit of sporting trivia as they move around. Tartan is just one option. The same team can dress as athletes, lifeguards, jockeys, swaggies, Superman, police or Christmas characters, and they'll wear your company logo if you ask.
