Guests at a GC Karaoke night pick from more than 60,000 songs on their phones, then step up with a costume from the prop box while a singing DJ host keeps it moving and fills the gaps between singers. Bookings range from a single host to a five-piece karaoke band. The party packages suit groups of up to 100 and come with a teleprompter for lyrics, two radio mics, a PA, a light-up DJ booth and party lighting, so a birthday or hen's night is sorted. Allow about 3 by 3 metres, though they can fit a tighter room. Corporate events need a PA to their tech specs, which they can quote through a supplier. The crew works out of the Gold Coast and takes bookings anywhere in Australia.
