Garden Lane

Out of Djilang, Victoria, Garden Lane are a trio playing indie and alternative music with an emo edge. The songwriting is introspective and honest, and the playing borrows from jazz, punk and classic rock. Two members share the front. Storm Randall sings and switches between guitar and keys, and Darby F.C sings and moves across bass, banjo and guitar, with Xander Randall's drums driving underneath. They want their music to mean something and to reach the people listening, so they're best at a gig where the band is the point, a venue night or a party that's there to hear them.
