Fusion X is a cover band based in Brisbane, QLD.
Funk, disco and soul, and a crowd that stays on its feet: that's the job Fusion X set themselves. The Brisbane five-piece plays up to four 45-minute sets, working through Get Lucky, Hot Stuff, September, Uptown Funk, I Will Survive, Chain of Fools, Don't Start Now and Rolling in the Deep, with Jamiroquai, Chic, Prince, Earth, Wind & Fire and Dua Lipa among the artists covered. Before the dancing there's a quieter option for dinner or canapés. Book a trio, a female singer backed by piano and saxophone. Or keep it instrumental, with just the keys and sax playing as a pair. Allow for a 45-minute sound check, which the band insists on to protect the quality of the show, and riders are available on request. They'll travel up to 500 km.
