Funky Monkeys is a cover band based in Brisbane, QLD.
Expect a fast show from Funky Monkeys. The Brisbane six-piece has a singer with dance moves and attitude out front, and a lead guitarist and rhythm section behind, tearing into classic, glam and Aussie rock. Chart hits get the same treatment, anything from Powderfinger to P!nk, and the lighter moments bring out Waterloo, Footloose and Mickey. They've played all over Queensland and New South Wales, have been a regular pick for Jupiters High Rollers, and recently shared a bill with The Potbelleez and Guy Sebastian. For a festival, a wedding reception or a work party that wants energy from the first song, they're built for it. They also take private functions and public shows.
