Fried Out Kombi is a musical duo based in Noosaville, QLD.
Two guitars and a lot of old favourites. Fried Out Kombi is a Noosaville rock duo built for up-tempo sets, with songs drawn from the 60s through to the 90s and a bit beyond. Geoff Hutton sings and plays rhythm guitar. Mark Andrews takes lead and rhythm guitar, adds backing vocals and now and then picks up a harmonica. The list leans heavily on Aussie rock: Under the Milky Way, No Secrets, Streets of Your Town, Solid Rock and Girls on the Avenue, with Money for Nothing, All Right Now, Running Down a Dream and Chasing Cars mixed in. That up-tempo drive works in a pub, and it carries over to a club, a backyard birthday or a wedding. A stage area is preferred. They'll travel up to 200 km.
