Fretless Delay is a musical duo based in Brisbane, QLD.
Dinner first, dancing later. Fretless Delay usually start with an easy background set while plates go round, then push into something livelier as the night warms up. The Brisbane duo is a singer and an acoustic guitarist, and when the event calls for a bigger sound they add a second acoustic guitar, a percussionist or both. The singer has made the Top 40 on both Australian Idol and The Voice. Songs run from old-school classics to acoustic mash-ups and current pop. They've spent a decade on the local club and pub circuit, at rooms like Harlequin Jacks, Grand Central Hotel, the Belgian Beer Café, the Jubilee Hotel, the Trans Continental and the bowls clubs at Pine Rivers and Wynnum Manly. They take weddings and private functions, and venues can book them as a regular.
