Frank Toloza is an acoustic soloist who can set the mood either way: chilled and easy while people mingle, or upbeat once the party needs a push. He sings and plays guitar, and the songs reach back through the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. If there's a song you want for a particular moment, he'll work it in.
