Fonix

Fonix play classic rock, and they cover a lot of it. The four musicians are from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, and a night with them can swing from Deep Purple and The Kinks to CCR and John Fogerty, then forward to The White Stripes and The Black Keys. Local favourites get a look in too, with Daddy Cool and Mental As Anything on the list. That spread across the eras means the older rock fans and their kids can share a dance floor. It's a band for a party where guitars matter more than the charts.
