Flowers For Jayne

Flowers For Jayne are a power trio, and they play at full energy. Jayne Murphy started the band in 2019 and does a bit of everything in it: she writes most of the songs, plays guitar, sings lead and produces. Her working life in Australian music goes back to 1984, on stage and behind it, and that work has taken her on tour through every state and territory. Along the way she played lead guitar in several Sydney bands, Lime Spiders among them. With three players and plenty of volume, the band belongs in a pub back room or at a party where the guitars can be turned right up. Sydney is home.
