Florence and The Gene

Two voices in close harmony are the heart of Florence and The Gene, and with bass, guitar and percussion between them the Adelaide duo sounds bigger than a pair. Florence Lang sings and plays U-bass. Gene Phoa sings, plays acoustic guitar and handles percussion. The songs are timeless ballads given a fresh treatment, from Can't Help Falling in Love and Daydream Believer to Perfect, Ho Hey, Little Talks and A Thousand Years, plus an original of their own called The Sweetest Smile. That melodic list makes them an easy pick for a wedding ceremony, and they take corporate and private events too. If your venue has a PA they can plug in and play on arrival. Otherwise they'll bring their own and need time and access to set up. They're covered for public liability and professional indemnity, and travel up to 50 km.
