Fauve Scott

Fauve Scott's sets come into their own after dark, once a room has had enough chart pop and wants something smoother. He's a Byron Bay DJ and producer whose mixes lean on house, acid jazz and soul, with hip hop threaded through. The feel is warm and a bit romantic, more groove than bang. There's real production know-how behind it too. He finished a bachelor's degree in sound engineering and has released a fair amount of his own music. He has also run events through his own business, Future Faktori, and played plenty of venues and festivals, so he understands a night's pacing from the planning end as well as the decks.
