EVOLve You

Mischelle Star runs EVOLve You, and her sessions ask the audience to take part rather than just take notes. She's a transformational speaker and coach who uses embodiment practices, storytelling, spiritual insight and practical tools to help people release emotional blocks and stop sabotaging themselves. Topics include personal transformation, self-discovery, healing the inner child, breaking old loops and awakening higher consciousness. Keynotes run 30 to 90 minutes, with workshops and immersive sessions as well. She also MCs, weddings included, and presents virtually. For a keynote she needs an open space of at least 2 metres by 2, a wireless handheld or headset microphone and a good PA, plus a projector if slides are used.
