Embracing Authenticity with Lovisa Gylletorn

Lovisa Gylletorn speaks on diversity, equity and inclusion from the inside. She has worked as a leader while also being part of a minority, and as a migrant and a single parent her own life has asked a lot of resilience and adaptability. Her talks look at the inequalities and systemic barriers that hold organisations back, and at how to build workplaces where people can be themselves. She brings experience in public speaking, diversity training and change facilitation to the session. It suits a leadership day, a culture program or a school audience, and she can present virtually too. She's based in Launceston and travels nationwide.
