Eco Faeries is a fairy costume character based in Perth, WA.
Eco Faeries mix silly theatrical fun with a message about caring for the planet. The Perth company's showcase package is 30 minutes of roving, a 40-minute live stage show and a 20-minute meet and greet. Songs include Worm Poo, The Seed Song, No Excuse for Single Use and Save the Seven Seas. You can add a craft marquee with nature play and recycled craft activities, hula hoops made from old reticulation pipe and a spot for writing letters to the faeries. Or book two roving faeries to wander the crowd blowing bubbles and posing for photos. Councils, schools, libraries, shopping centres and day care centres all book them. For the stage show they bring headset microphones and need two channels plus a laptop input for backing tracks. The team holds Working With Children Checks, is insured and travels nationwide.
