Duo Luminare

Violin and piano sit at the centre of Duo Luminare, a Toowoomba act that can also play as a four-piece. The music leans classical, with room for Celtic and Irish tunes, Latin and European pieces, folk, and popular songs from the 1920s through to the 70s. That range makes them handy for a wedding, a formal dinner, a funeral service or a morning melodies concert where the audience knows the older tunes. Cruise contracts, concert programs and sessional gigs sit beside the corporate work. Both players hold Queensland working with children Blue Cards, and they travel nationwide.
