Duo Lenz

Ruth and Richard Lenz have played classical guitar together as Duo Lenz since 1997, and both were established musicians before they joined forces. The Perth duo's programme covers music from every era, and lately it takes in historic instruments as well. Composers have written new pieces for them, which has meant a good number of premiere performances and recordings. Their close ensemble playing is the thing to listen for. Festival stages include the Darwin International Guitar Festival, the Frankston International Guitar Festival and Fairbridge Festival in WA, and they've played recitals overseas and appeared on radio and TV.
