Duo Faun

Flute and harp make a soft, spacious sound, and Duo Faun lean into it with amplified flute and effects layered over the harp. Maddi and Bart are trained classical musicians with music degrees, and both also work as teachers and freelance orchestral players. The repertoire takes in classical pieces and improvisation, folk tunes, some Celtic and Irish music, and modern covers. It's ambient, gentle music that suits a wedding ceremony, a quiet function, or a performance in an aged care home or hospital. They're based in Brisbane and travel up to 100 km.
