Dragon Mill build fire shows around the event, whether that's a formal wedding, a corporate night indoors or a big outdoor stage. A solo ambient fire set runs 10 to 15 minutes and a duo 20, while choreographed stage pieces go from 7 to 10 minutes solo up to 20 to 30 minutes with four performers. The Ritual, their feature show, puts a nine-person cast on for half an hour. Props include fire swords, fans, hoops, staffs, rope darts and poi, with sparkle and explosive effects as extras and costumes themed to your night. A fire safety technician backs every show. Performers arrive 40 minutes early and need a 3 x 4 metre space with 4 metres clear of anything flammable, overhead included. Indoors, smoke alarms must be isolated during the show and for 15 minutes after. Every performer carries public liability insurance, and they tour nationwide from Adelaide.
