Downtown

Downtown are a Perth party band for the big-ticket nights: charity balls, company functions and weddings. The players have decades of live work between them, in Australia and overseas. The song list spans six decades, from 60s classics to the newest floor fillers. Most bookings are the four-piece, with five and six-piece versions for bigger rooms. Planning notes matter with a band this size. Allow two hours to set up if the venue supplies the PA and sound engineer, and about four more if Downtown bring their own sound and lighting production. Their preferred stage is 4.5 by 6.5 metres and at least 300 mm high. They travel nationwide.
