Dons Party is a musical duo based in Melbourne, VIC.
More than 400 songs sit in the Dons Party repertoire, reaching back to the 1930s with Minnie the Moocher and running through to the 90s. It's a duo, and the names on the list are the ones older crowds ask for: Neil Diamond, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash, ABBA, the Bee Gees, Cold Chisel, John Farnham, Creedence, The Beatles and Elvis, among plenty of others. For daytime audiences there's Going Back, their Morning Melodies show, which adds video presentations to the music. They're self-contained, so a power point is all you need to find. The pair have played around Victoria and interstate for more than 20 years. They work out of Melbourne and travel up to 100 km.
