Dom Helson

RnB and reggae sit at the root of Dom Helson's music, and jazz, blues and hip-hop colour everything around them. The sound is warm and sensual, with a lot of energy behind it, and the whole aim is to get people off their seats and moving. He works out of Coogee in Sydney's east. Because the set leans on groove rather than volume, it suits a room where you want dancing to build naturally, a summer party or a relaxed venue night where the music draws people in.
