DJ Special K is a DJ based in Brisbane, QLD.
DJ Special K plays techno and house built on deep, driving beats, with a warehouse feel to every set. In 2025 the Brisbane DJ won Red Bull's Stage Your Shot competition in Australia. The sound draws on the grit of Berlin and the heat of downtown New York, and it's made for a floor that plans to stay on it until the lights come up. It's proper dance music, for club nights and after-dark parties rather than a polite dinner.
