Outdoor weddings are DJ Nige's favourite kind of booking, and his set-up is made for them. His sound system draws on solar and batteries rather than the mains, meaning a paddock, a beach or a garden with no power point is fair game. Nigel Beck has been spinning at weddings for decades, from the vinyl days through CDs to digital gear. He can come on his own, or arrive with his Kombi, Deirdre, or his Vespa, Audrey, which adds a photo moment and a bit of personality to the day. He works across Victoria and also takes weddings in the Northern Rivers, around Byron and on the Gold Coast.
