Nu-disco, house and acid jazz make up Al Black's sound, mixed smoothly enough to keep a crowd grooving for hours. He spent more than ten years on Kiss FM, a Melbourne dance music station, so he knows his dance records inside out. These days you'll find him behind the decks at The Cott, Gage Roads and other WA venues. It's warm, jazzy dance music, a good pick when you'd rather have grooves than chart hits. He works out of Fremantle.
