Dingo Balearico's sets travel. They move between house, techno, disco and the left-field records in between, and he steers well clear of the predictable. Over more than a decade he's played GoodGod in Sydney, Vent in Tokyo, Sneaky Pete's in London and Output in New York, sharing decks with Peggy Gou, Prosumer, Jamie xx, Psychemagik and LCD Soundsystem. These days he's in Byron Bay, where he's creative director of Studio Dingo, co-owns The Salty Mangrove and hosts Backyard Paradise each week on Bay FM. For a party where the crowd wants to be surprised rather than served the obvious, he's the one to book.
