Department of Gloom are a loud one. The Sydney band mixes alternative and hard rock with industrial textures, punk attack and the shifting dynamics of indie rock, and three lead vocalists share the mic. The visual side of the show gets as much care as the playing. It's music for a room that wants volume and intensity, a band night at a venue or a party full of rock fans, not a quiet dinner.
