Demolition Sunday - Hervey Bay

Demolition Sunday are a Hervey Bay four-piece who play loud and keep every song at full size. The covers come from 90s and 2000s alt-rock and grunge, with a streak of post-rock atmosphere: Tool, Stone Temple Pilots, Nirvana, Creed and Pearl Jam at the heavy end, 3 Doors Down, Faith No More and Red Hot Chili Peppers in the middle, and Blur, The Living End and Green Day for the punk and indie pop moments. They aim to recreate the layers and textures of the original recordings, with big drums and heavy guitars carrying it. It's a band for a pub or venue crowd that wants a proper rock show.
