Deens

Bass-heavy and a lot of fun, a Deens set jumps from rhythmic electronica to global club tracks and UK bass. She's a British-Palestinian DJ living in Sydney, on Eora country, and both sides of that heritage come through in what she plays, with UK and SWANA influences sitting side by side. The genre-hopping is deliberate. She holds a residency at Chinese Laundry, one of Sydney's best-known clubs, and has recorded guest mixes for radio. She also produces with her co-producer Nazo, making tracks in the same spirit as her sets, and put out three releases in 2025. For a party where the crowd wants something a bit left of the charts and still wants to dance, she's a strong pick.
