David Babore Illustrations is a caricaturist based in Brisbane, QLD.
Guests get a show as well as a cartoon when David Babore sets to work. Dave is a cartoonist and illustrator who has spent the last six years as a caricature artist, drawing thousands of faces at weddings, corporate events, markets and the Royal Easter Show. His style is clean and lively, and he's good company while the pen moves. Allow for 12 to 14 faces an hour. Each one goes on thick glossy paper in quality markers, then into a waterproof zip-lock bag so it survives a late-night drink spill. Digital caricatures are an option too. He brings most of his own gear and asks for good light and a spot that isn't out in the cold. Brisbane-based and insured, he travels nationwide.
