Loops let Costa build a full song on his own. He plays guitar and sings, layering parts live, and the material is popular country, soul and rock. Some songs he keeps close to the record. Others he rearranges into something fresh, which keeps it interesting for people who know the originals well. He spent more than 15 years playing in bands, and more recently in a duo with his wife, before this solo project.
