Cosmic Duo is a musical duo based in Maitland, NSW.
Two blokes, two guitars, and everything played live: that's Cosmic Duo. The Maitland pair covers rock, blues and country songs written anywhere between the 60s and the 2000s, with Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, Creedence, The Eagles, Dragon, Alan Jackson, Darius Rucker and The Black Keys all in the mix. Folsom Prison, Eagle Rock, Proud Mary and Sweet Home Alabama give you a sense of the list. They play three 50-minute sets, which covers a long pub night or a wedding reception. They need a stage area about 4 by 3 metres with power, and they travel up to 300 km. For gigs beyond 200 km, you'll need to provide accommodation for two.
