Few sounds announce an arrival like bagpipes, and the City of Newcastle RSL Pipe Band can bring anything from a mini band of five up to the full twelve. The size scales with the occasion. A wedding ceremony gets real ceremony and colour, a backyard party gets something nobody saw coming, and a local sporting event gets the crowd stirred up before the start.
