Citadel's bookings are less about a stage show and more about giving people space to slow down. As a singer-songwriter and healer, the sessions draw on song and breathwork, plus sound and energy healing. There are four ways to book. A Chakra Sound Healing Journey runs 90 minutes. The Transcendent Breathwork Journey adds sound and energy healing to the breathwork and takes two hours. A Voice Activation singing workshop also runs 90 minutes, which could suit a retreat or a group keen to try singing together. And for a quieter role in the room, there's gentle singer-songwriter music at the piano for one to three hours.
