Circa 74 is a show band based in Adelaide, SA.
Circa 74 play everything live. There are no backing tracks and no sequencing, just nine musicians bringing back the funk, soul and disco bands of the 70s. That's plenty to watch on stage while September, Car Wash, Brick House, Lady Marmalade, Boogie Shoes and Nutbush City Limits get the room moving. You can book three full sets, or sets shaped around your venue and occasion. They handle crowds from 50 to 500 and bring the sound system, the engineers and music for the breaks. Give them an hour of setting up in a smaller room, then 15 minutes for a sound check, ideally before guests arrive. Clubs, hotels, corporate shows and festivals around South Australia keep them busy. The band is based in Adelaide, holds public liability insurance and travels nationwide.
