Simon arrived in Australia nearly 18 years ago, and that life between two countries feeds straight into his talks on culture, diversity and inclusion. By day he's a change manager with more than ten years in the field. He's also a radio host and MC, with some shows in Italian, and he runs podcasts too. Expect a mix of fun, reflection and some serious questions, all aimed at getting your people to stretch their thinking and challenge the way things have always been done. His strength is reading who's in front of him and adjusting to suit, which works for a big conference crowd or a small team session. You'll need to provide the microphones and speakers, and he'll bring his own laptop. Melbourne-based, he travels up to 50 km.
