CCR Classic Creedence Revisited is a tribute band based in Newcastle, NSW.
Classic Creedence Revisited play the songs of Creedence Clearwater Revival and John Fogerty as a proper concert, with the swamp rock groove front and centre. The Newcastle band's club and pub show is two 60-minute sets, or one 90-minute set with a 40-minute support set from The Elwoods, who play 60s and 70s classic rock. Festivals get a single hour. Expect Proud Mary, Bad Moon Rising, Fortunate Son, Green River and Born on the Bayou, plus Centerfield and Old Man Down the Road, and a short unplugged segment with Lodi and Who'll Stop the Rain. Each set list is built for the venue. They need a stage at least 7 by 4 metres, power, a dressing room and a screen behind the band for video, plus a meal and drinks for five. They travel nationwide, with accommodation needed beyond a two-hour drive.
