Cartoon Guy - Allan Addams

Every four or five minutes, another guest walks away with a funny-face portrait of themselves. That's the pace Allan Addams, the Cartoon Guy, keeps up at his easel with pens and paper, and the people watching tend to have as much fun as the person being drawn. Solo caricatures go on A4, while couples share an A3 page. Each finished drawing is slipped into a plastic sleeve, so a spilt drink or a bit of finger food won't ruin it. Pop the finished ones up on a glass door or a window as the night rolls on and you've got a gallery for everyone to laugh at, and guests collect theirs on the way home. Allan is based in Adelaide.
