Callum Hann

Seasonal produce and cutting food waste are two of the subjects Callum Hann brings to a speaking booking, along with teaching people to cook. He finished second on MasterChef Australia in 2010, then took out the show's All-Stars competition in 2012. In Adelaide, where he's based, he's a co-founder of Sprout along with other hospitality ventures, and he's written cookbooks and kept up his television work.
