Buffalo Bridge is a country band based in Eltham, VIC.
Boot scooting is encouraged at a Buffalo Bridge gig. The six-piece country rock band from Eltham in Victoria mixes classic country with Southern rock, and three guitars give it plenty of drive. Melissa Fistric sings lead, Neil Carroll and Peter Cook play lead guitar, Wayne Trethowan is on rhythm guitar, Tony Allen plays bass and Brett Goodman drums, with three of them adding vocals. The set list takes in Tennessee Whiskey, Copperhead Road, Chicken Fried, Sweet Home Alabama, Wagon Wheel, Redneck Woman, Lay Down Sally and Boot Scootin' Boogie. A professional PA and lighting rig come with them, and they shape the songs to the occasion. Weddings, festivals, venues and company functions all get booked, and the band covers up to 500 km.
